By accessing “Rebirth of Deceived Realm” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Rebirth of Deceived Realm”, “http://www.rebirthofdeceivedrealm.com”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “Rebirth of Deceived Realm”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “Rebirth of Deceived Realm” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

REBIRTH OF DECEIVED REALM RULES

1. English is the only language allowed on public chat/game channels, IRC
   or Team Speak. Chat channels include:
   
   General
   Trade
   LocalDefense
   GuildRecruitment
   World
   Event
   or
   Any other Area where another player can read your Chat Bubble
   
   
   
2. You are always responsible of your game and forum accounts, whoever use them.



3. No sex-related conversations, no cursing/flaming/spamming in public chat/game channels, IRC or Team Speak.



4. No cheating or bug exploiting allowed. If you find one, inform the staff about it.



5. Respect the minimum number of players for each instance.



6. No dual clienting, except for GMs helping players and for a limited time only.



7. Only one character transfer per IP is allowed.



8. No character remakes allowed, except if decided so by the staff.



9. If you break the rules 3 times, aka: Habitual Offender, you will get banned permanently, no Parole.



10. Do Not disturb any staff member while doing his/her job.



11. No corpse camping. ( laying in wait for regen to kill again and again)



12. All Instance raid groups are limited to 10 members only. Raid Leaders will be held accountable for violation of this rule.



13. GMs have a right to game play time, while they are playing their Reg Characters, please do not approach them for game help, there is no such thing as a WOW Emergency!



14. Any displays of DISRESPECT will not be tolerated and will result in sanctions!

Forum related and International Law:
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Rebirth of Deceived Realm” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Rebirth of Deceived Realm” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Rebirth of Deceived Realm” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
